SERVICES
We shop IKEA and any other store in the Greater Vancouver area. Based on demand, we make a trip about every other week.
We also extend our service to contractors/retailers that need any items/supplies picked up from the Vancouver area and brought to the West Kootenay or Kelowna/West Kelowna areas and we transport goods from the West Kootenay to the Coast/Greater Vancouver area. Send us your shopping lists
If your are shopping at IKEA, email us your list directly from their website, IKEA has a shopping list tool that allows you to do that; IKEA does not allow for online/over the phone payment, we will have to make the purchases at the store. At most other stores, you can make the purchase and we will pick up with the receipt.
Returns/ Exchanges
We will return your purchases to the stores within the store's return policy and in their original packaging for a $10 fee for non furniture items, $25+ fee for furniture orders, exchanges will be treated as a new order. To drop off returns, you can bring those to Queens Bay or we will pick up from your drop off location when we come through. For home pick ups, our curb side delivery fee will apply.
Damaged items will be returned/exchanged free of charge and will have to be reported within a week of the delivery date.
Fees and Payment
For flatpacked items, we typically charge a $55 order fee/ household plus 10% on the total purchase price before taxes. . For large, assembled items such as couches, we might charge a little more ($100-$125 order fee). The same applies to heavier orders, the order fee goes up by $25 at 100kg, then 200kg, 300kg etc. For small orders, such as bed-linen that are light and don't take up a lot of space, we charge a $35 flat fee for items from a single store and up to 4 items. For larger orders, such as full IKEA kitchens, we charge a flat fee (typically between $550-$750) contact us for a detailed quote. We can pick up from any store in the Vancouver area. Payment can be made through interac email transfer at no cost, IKEA orders will have to be pre-paid as we will have to make payment in store. We are registered for GST and will provide you with an invoice.

Drop Off/ Home Delivery/Pick Up
We drop off at central locations along our way and usually come back the Osoyoos, Grand Forks, Castlegar, Nelson way back to our home in Queens Bay. Our drop off spot in Castlegar is the Chevron, we stop at the Junction (Kootenay Credit Union)& in Nelson we go to the Safeway parking lot. Home deliveries & any other stops can be arranged for an additional fee, starting at $40.00 within town. All home deliveries are curbside and we will need to have someone meet us at the delivery location to receive the purchases. Alternatively, if you can't meet us at the drop off locations, purchases can be picked up from our home in Queens Bay.
